About the Role
As an Employment Consultant at our Morley, Western Australia location, you will play a pivotal role in our Inclusive Employment Australia Program. Your mission will be to assist individuals with disabilities in finding, preparing for, and maintaining meaningful employment opportunities that transform lives.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and support suitable employment matches for participants with disabilities, helping them prepare and secure lasting employment.
- Empower participants to recognize their strengths, build confidence, and successfully transition into new roles.
- Devise creative solutions to overcome barriers to employment, ensuring each participant receives the necessary tools and support.
- Promote inclusive recruitment practices and advocate for appropriate workplace modifications.
- Celebrate successes with participants at every stage, fostering motivation and achievement.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with employers committed to diversity and inclusion, creating ongoing opportunities.

Eligibility and Requirements
- Legal eligibility to work in Australia.
- Possession of a current driver's license and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle.
- Possession of a standard level MyGovID.
- Willingness to undergo a National Police Check.
- Ability to obtain a Working with Children Check clearance.
- Availability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
