Employer Engagement Specialist

Overview

CareerFirst Company is looking for a motivated Business Development & Employer Engagement Specialist based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves fostering and expanding strategic collaborations with corporate clients and employers to enhance platform engagement and value creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and connect with corporate clients and employers to pitch services and develop strong partnerships.
• Manage the entire qualification and onboarding workflow for new employers, ensuring smooth integration into the platform or programs.
• Drive continuous partnership activation by encouraging employers to post job opportunities, utilize services actively, and meet engagement targets.
• Act as the main liaison for employer accounts, delivering ongoing support, handling operational issues, and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs related to employer acquisition, activation, and engagement; provide regular performance updates to management.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or closely related discipline.
• At least four years of demonstrated experience in business development, B2B account management, or employer engagement roles involving partnership activation.
• Proven success in acquiring B2B clients, managing relationships, and ensuring account activation.
• Excellent negotiation, interpersonal communication, and presentation capabilities.
• Strong analytical skills to assess performance data and generate KPI reports effectively.
