We are seeking a proactive, meticulous, and resourceful EMEA Omni Brand Operations Coordinator to reinforce our growing EMEA Operations team based in London.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute franchise, retail, and concession orders throughout EMEA markets, ensuring precise and timely processing.
- Serve as the principal operational liaison for franchise partners, retail locations, and concession teams, delivering ongoing support and resolving issues effectively.
- Track order progress from initial placement to delivery and receipt at stores.
- Collaborate closely with third-party logistics providers in Europe and the UK, along with Logistics and Retail teams, to guarantee smooth product flow and punctual deliveries.
- Support operational aspects of new store launches and seasonal product releases.
- Prepare and manage all shipping documentation and export paperwork for international shipments from EU Distribution Centers and Cross-dock Facilities as necessary.
- Work alongside Sales, Finance, and Accounts Receivable teams to address payment inconsistencies, compliance fees, and related financial matters.
- Handle product returns, claims, stock differences, and credit requests following established company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data for customers, stores, and franchise accounts across systems.
- Contribute to reporting and analytics related to order management, fulfillment metrics, inventory movements, and key operational performance indicators.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to identify operational improvements and drive efficiencies.
- Keep Standard Operating Procedures, process documents, and operational guidelines current and precise.
- Assist with testing, deploying, and continuously enhancing operational tools and systems.
Required Skills and Expertise
- At least 4 years' experience in operations, customer service, or order management, ideally within fashion, retail, or consumer goods sectors.
- Experience supporting franchise partners, retail outlets, concessions, or multi-channel distribution networks across the EMEA region.
- Comprehensive understanding of outbound operations, order fulfillment, and customer service workflows.
- Familiarity with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) platforms and EDI transactions is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or equivalents.
- Advanced Excel capabilities for data analysis and operational reporting.
- Strong grasp of logistics, inventory flow, and retail fulfillment processes.
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure data accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external customers.
- Proactive, solution-oriented attitude focused on continuous process improvement.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
