Overview

This role requires completion of work exclusively at the organization's physical location in an urban setting, with relocation expenses covered by the employer. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and between one to two years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee laboratory technical and medical clinical staff, including graduate students, research scientists, and related professionals.
• Maintain and manage health information databases, ensuring data accuracy and currency.
• Handle administrative responsibilities linked to laboratory and research operations.
• Supervise biological technologists, technicians, and scientific personnel.
• Generate detailed scientific and administrative reports.
• Engage in biotechnological research aimed at creating, enhancing, and assessing novel products.
• Prepare scholarly publications such as research papers, educational materials, and articles.
• Conduct comprehensive literature surveys pertinent to ongoing research.
• Formulate policies, standards, and guidelines relevant to laboratory and research activities.
• Present findings and knowledge at academic conferences, workshops, or symposia.
• Track, aggregate, and analyze research results for quality and impact assessment.
