Role Overview
This position is responsible for driving the eCommerce business targets of Al Seer Group within designated customer or channel segments by working closely with customers to thoroughly understand their business frameworks and ensuring strategic collaboration with various Al Seer Group brands and business units.
Primary Responsibilities
- Expand and develop Al Seer Group's presence in assigned customer or channel segments.
- Maintain ideal product availability on customer eCommerce platforms in line with mutually agreed Minimum Stock Levels (MSL) or customer models.
- Collaborate with brand owners, internal business teams, and customers to guarantee high-quality product content for every SKU listed.
- Ensure assigned eCommerce customers comply with Al Seer's goals related to timely payment processing and managing product returns.
- Conduct quarterly reviews of the top two customers in partnership with internal teams and customers to evaluate performance.
- Analyze and assess customer-related agency expenditures.
- Identify and communicate opportunities for customer engagement, including event planning, visibility enhancements, and product sampling initiatives.
- Promote eCommerce operational expertise and skills development within the team.
Qualifications and Skills
- At least two years of experience in FMCG or in analytical positions.
- Hands-on experience in eCommerce environments.
- A graduate degree is required; an MBA qualification is preferred.
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Office tools.
- Familiarity with SAP software.
- Desirable background in sales or market knowledge.
