Role Overview

The Dynamics 365 Expert is crucial to the technical delivery, configuration, and ongoing support of Finance Systems, focusing primarily on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and its related downstream platforms. This role ensures successful execution of product enhancements, rapid resolution of issues, and dependable operation of financial systems. Collaboration is key, as the role works alongside Product Managers, Technical Leads, System Administrators, and partner vendors to implement robust solutions designed for automation, financial governance, and scalability across global operations. The role merges profound technical acumen with analytical problem-solving, bridging product delivery with system maintenance.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated hands-on experience in delivering and supporting enterprise-level finance or ERP systems.
• A strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 expertise.
• Experience managing complex, transaction-intensive integrated systems.
• Background knowledge in finance, invoicing, payments, or back-office operations is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies applied in delivery settings.
• Experience within corporate travel, travel management agencies (TMC), or similarly complex service sectors is favorable.
• A degree in technology, finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
