Job Overview

The role involves safely driving the company vehicle for office purposes, client meetings, and pickup or delivery of materials including laboratory instruments and documents. Timely and secure transportation of products to clients, vendors, and logistic services is a key responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicle with safety, adhering strictly to traffic laws and maintaining valid licenses and documents.
• Transport laboratory equipment, documents, and other materials with care to ensure no damage during loading or unloading.
• Keep the company vehicle clean and in good condition, reporting any mechanical issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate daily logs of vehicle usage including fuel consumption and mileage.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Service, Dispatch, and Purchase to meet transportation needs.
• Exhibit professional conduct while engaging with customers and vendors.
• Report any vehicle-related incidents, delays, or maintenance needs immediately to management.
• Handle all company materials responsibly, ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Undertake additional transportation-related assignments as directed by management.

Compensation

The monthly salary ranges between 15,000 and 40,000 INR.
