This position is responsible for maintaining documentation practices that support compliance, audit preparedness, and smooth information flow across projects and FM operations. Documentation and Governance

The role includes managing the full document lifecycle, from creation and classification through version control, approval, distribution, storage, and archival. It also involves applying metadata, controlling access, and ensuring records remain traceable and properly maintained.

Core Duties

  • Maintain the document control framework, including version tracking, approvals, circulation, and archiving.
  • Keep IMS documents, SOPs, policies, procedures, and compliance records current and properly controlled.
  • Prepare and maintain audit-ready files such as reports, NCR documentation, permits, certificates, and other compliance evidence.
  • Handle drawings, O&M manuals, asset records, and technical submittals.
  • Update document registers, trackers, and logs for all project-related records.

  • Work with the FMC team, contractors, consultants, and client representatives on document tracking and submissions.

  • Suggest practical improvements to document control processes and digital platforms.
