Join Home Instead Hildesheim as a full-time Disponent (m/w/d) responsible for ensuring efficient staffing of client assignments. This role balances the needs of both customers and employees within a recognized leader in care and support services operating at over 186 locations across Germany.

Core Responsibilities

• Create and manage staff deployment schedules for caregiving personnel.
• Account for individual client requirements and employee preferences while coordinating assignments.
• Assist in planning staff training sessions and employee retention activities.
• Support administrative processes, particularly payroll administration.
• Collaborate closely with team members to maintain high service quality standards.
