About the Client

The client is a reputable real estate ownership and property management firm acknowledged for operational excellence and high resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Manage property management operations for a multifamily housing portfolio, ensuring superior operational performance, service quality, and financial outcomes.
Collaborate with executive leadership and finance teams to develop budgets, evaluate performance data, and direct revenue and cost goals.
Lead, mentor, and grow regional and onsite teams by setting clear expectations, promoting accountability, and fostering leadership development.
Work cross-functionally with internal departments, vendors, and partners to ensure alignment with operational objectives and regulatory standards.
Identify and implement process improvements, system enhancements, and efficiency initiatives while maintaining excellent customer experience standards.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum of 5 years leadership experience in operations or property management at a director level or higher.
Strong business insight and financial expertise to analyze performance and drive successful outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop teams across multiple locations.

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive base salary up to $200,000.
