Digital Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a Digital Designer with Junior to Intermediate experience to join our dynamic and award-winning agency team. You'll collaborate with Producers, Creatives, and Account teams to develop polished digital communications that reach diverse audiences daily. Your primary focus will involve digital production across various channels, including EDMs, display banners, social media content, promotional tiles, and ongoing campaign assets. The role demands a balance of rapid execution and meticulous attention to detail to ensure every output is visually dynamic, brand-aligned, and technically precise.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and deliver high-quality digital marketing materials such as EDMs, banners, social media assets, and promotional tiles.
• Adapt campaign materials across various digital formats while maintaining brand coherence.
• Collaborate closely with Creative teams, Design Leads, and Account stakeholders to meet project deadlines.
• Prepare final artwork and assets ready for digital launch with a keen eye for accuracy.
• Contribute innovative ideas and solutions during both conceptualization and production stages.
• Handle multiple assignments concurrently without compromising quality.
• Uphold and advocate for client brand guidelines throughout the production process.
• Work effectively within a supportive, multidisciplinary team structure.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Between 1 to 3 years of experience in digital, graphic, or visual design roles.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud applications, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong visual sense in typography, layout, hierarchy, and digital craftsmanship.
• Experience designing digital marketing assets across a variety of sizes and formats.
• Exceptional organizational abilities to prioritize competing deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Enthusiasm for learning new digital tools and workflows.
• Bonus: Familiarity or interest in UX/UI, website design, prototyping, or motion graphics.
