Overview

Zepto is seeking dedicated Delivery Partners to efficiently and safely deliver groceries and daily essentials to customers. This position offers both full-time and part-time roles with flexible scheduling and variable earnings based on delivery count, incentives, and location.

Key Responsibilities

Timely pick-up of orders from the designated Zepto Dark Store.
Ensure safe and prompt delivery of orders to customers.
Utilize the Zepto Delivery App for accepting and completing delivery assignments.
Strict adherence to traffic regulations and safe driving practices.
Maintain the quality and security of orders during transit.
Exemplary customer service and polite interaction with clients.
Accurately update delivery statuses via the app.

Eligibility and Requirements

Minimum age of 18 years.
Possession of a valid driving license for two-wheeler delivery roles.
Ownership of a bike or scooter as required by the city.
Android smartphone with reliable internet connectivity.
Familiarity with local geography and GPS navigation basics.
Submission of essential documents: Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, and a bank account.
