Role Overview
This role involves delivering and installing whiteware appliances directly into customers' homes, often serving as the final point of contact. Successful candidates will receive comprehensive training and mentorship, ensuring variety in daily tasks and engagement with customers to facilitate smooth delivery, unpacking, installation, and removal of old products and packaging.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and install whiteware products at customer residences efficiently and safely.
- Engage with customers to determine the best methods of product placement.
- Unpack products and install appliances accurately.
- Dispose of old appliances and packaging responsibly.
- Maintain a high standard of presentation and organization in the work area.
- Adhere strictly to company procedures and standards to ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
- Ensure the safety of self, others, and products throughout delivery and driving.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Physically robust and capable of standing for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive and proactive attitude with excellent customer service orientation.
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers effectively.
- Full and clean New Zealand driver’s license required.
Working Hours
Tuesday through Saturday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, totaling a 40-hour week.
