Job description
Position Overview
As a Deli/Bakery Team Associate, you will be responsible for preparing quality deli and bakery items while ensuring excellent customer service at the service counter. Your duties also include stocking the sales floor with incoming products and upholding strict food safety and cleanliness standards to support the team’s success.
Compensation
- Wage range from $16 to $29 per hour, with actual pay meeting or exceeding local minimum wage requirements.
- Annual or quarterly performance bonuses are awarded based on individual contribution.
- Additional pay premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may apply depending on schedule, location, season, or type of work, with the possibility of combining multiple premiums when criteria are satisfied.
Schedule and Location
This is a full-time position offering opening and morning shifts.
Work at Walmart Supercenter #2811 located at 4375 Lexington Rd, Athens, GA 30605.
