Role Summary

The Day Matron role ensures the facility remains welcoming and orderly for visitors through routine upkeep tasks like trash removal, cleaning, and restocking supplies. Additionally, this person supports daily operational needs of the customer’s facility.

Work Schedule

The position is scheduled Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Regularly monitor all public spaces throughout the shift to remove litter and promptly mop any spills.
• Collect trash as directed or when needed.
• Complete all designated cleaning assignments thoroughly.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial work is advantageous.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with fellow team members.
• Capable of attentively listening to customer requests and adhering to supervisor directions.
• Exceptional focus on detail.
• Demonstrated good judgment and capacity to work autonomously.
• Strong personal integrity is essential.
