Role Overview

We are looking for a leader to steer the future of Ramp's analytics capabilities. This role is critical in enhancing Ramp’s performance by one percent each day through the creation of advanced data products and actionable insights. Collaboration with business units, as well as product, engineering, and design teams, will be key to prioritize and execute projects, improve reporting mechanisms, and foster operational and result-oriented improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop full-stack solutions including models that process, transform, and expose data for both internal stakeholders and production environments.
  • Champion a culture of experimental design, rigorous testing, and adherence to best practices.
  • Influence and enhance analytics team processes, tools, and methodologies to support scalable, informed decision-making.
  • Work collaboratively with product, engineering, data, and design teams to set product roadmaps and define success criteria.

  • Demonstrated success in launching high-quality products and features at scale.
