Key Responsibilities

Create, support, and refine production data products and analytics frameworks that underpin critical business and product choices.
Collaborate on designing and analyzing experiments with Product and Growth teams, establishing success criteria, assessing results, and suggesting actionable next steps.
Ensure solid analytical bases via data modeling, pipeline optimization, quality monitoring, and scalable solutions for analytics.
Engage stakeholders to comprehend complex business issues, delve into data, find opportunities, and advise on effective solutions.
Communicate intricate analyses clearly to diverse audiences, facilitating improved prioritization and decision-making.
Continuously enhance analytics infrastructure, semantic data frameworks, experimentation setups, and future data capabilities.
Work alongside Data Engineering teams to reinforce the data platform ensuring trustworthy and accessible information throughout the company.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Several years of experience as a Data Scientist, preferably in technology-driven, product-centric environments.
Advanced programming expertise in Python and SQL, applied to practical data challenges.
Demonstrated success in developing production-grade data products or analytical systems with measurable business benefits.
In-depth knowledge of experimentation techniques, statistics, hypothesis testing, and using data for decision-making.
Familiarity with modern data warehouses, transformation tools, and analytics systems; experience with dbt is advantageous.
Experience collaborating closely with Product, Growth, Marketing, or business teams to address strategic challenges.
Strong analytical skills to examine complex datasets, identify trends, and communicate insights effectively.
A proactive, ownership-driven approach with the capacity to work independently amid ambiguity, prioritizing impactful results.
Background in B2C SaaS, subscription models, or product-led growth is a plus.
