Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to projects involving data analytics, automation, and business transformation across diverse industries.
• Create data visualizations, dashboards, analytical reports translating financial and operational information into actionable insights for CFOs and business leaders.
• Design and perform data transformation, cleansing, validation, and detailed examination of financial and operational datasets to enhance reporting accuracy, process efficiency, and business decisions.
• Support workflow automation efforts using various technologies including low-code and no-code platforms.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to comprehend business needs and develop data-centric solutions.
• Prepare polished client-facing analyses, dashboards, presentations, and reports.
• Engage in process enhancement initiatives and delivery of automation and analytics solutions.
• Work closely with CFGI colleagues and client teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, business transformation, finance transformation, data engineering, or analytics consulting.
• Proven work developing dashboards, reports, automation projects, or analytics solutions supporting finance, accounting, FP&A, operational reporting, or executive decision-making using BI and analytics tools.
• Experience analyzing finance and accounting datasets and enabling initiatives that bolster financial decision-making, operational efficiency, reporting quality, or business performance within consulting, professional services, finance, or corporate environments.

Preferred Expertise

• Ability to interpret accounting, finance, FP&A, or operational processes and convert business requirements into data models, dashboards, or automation workflows.
• Proficiency with data automation, ETL, or workflow automation platforms such as Alteryx, Power Automate, or equivalents.
• Experience in data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or other similar BI platforms.
• Programming skills in Python, SQL, R, or other analytics-oriented languages.
• Familiarity with relational databases, cloud data platforms, or technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, AWS.
• Experience collaborating with finance, accounting, FP&A, or operations teams to create data-driven solutions.

Additional Desirable Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, or related quantitative discipline.
• Professional certification such as CPA or relevant credentials.
• Background in predictive analytics, machine learning, AI, or advanced analytics solutions.
• Experience managing large data sets, enterprise reporting environments, or leading digital transformation efforts.
