About DashMart and Role Overview

Warehouse Associates are responsible for fulfilling these orders by picking and packing products within a physical store environment. Work Schedule and Opportunities

Positions are available across morning, day, evening, weekend shifts, as well as part-time roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately picking customer orders received through the app and packaging them for delivery drivers.
• Managing inventory including receiving stock, maintaining shelf life, and monitoring spoilage.
• Organizing and keeping the warehouse area clean and efficient.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by confirming substitutions with customers when needed.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive hourly wage of CAD 18.30, with an additional $2/hour premium for overnight shifts between 10 PM and 6 AM.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Possession of a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
