Position Overview
We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist experienced in AI tools and platforms to join our client on a contract basis. This remote role enables you to assist users globally by resolving issues related to AI-driven products and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer questions about AI tool capabilities through live chat, email, and ticketing systems.
- Diagnose and address technical problems involving AI models, APIs, and platform integrations.
- Keep comprehensive records of repetitive issues and escalate complex technical challenges to engineering teams.
- Offer clear, stepwise instructions to customers for AI-related processes and troubleshooting.
- Analyze user feedback to detect patterns and recommend enhancements for the AI tool's usability.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience providing customer support for AI-based tools or platforms.
- Strong skills in diagnosing and resolving technical issues concerning AI models and APIs.
- Capability to convey complex AI concepts in simple, comprehensible terms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM and ticketing software is advantageous.
