Position Overview
Join Fabasoft Deutschland GmbH as a Customer Support Enthusiast, serving as a vital link in providing 2nd and 3rd level assistance for Fabasoft software deployed within the German federal administration. This role demands deep technical knowledge and a customer-oriented mindset to support and optimize complex, evolving IT environments.
Candidate Profile
- Completed technical vocational training and initial experience in second or third-level technical support, or a related role.
- Proficiency working confidently with multiple client and server operating systems, including Windows and Linux.
- Good understanding and hands-on experience with various relational database systems alongside web and cloud-native technologies.
- A positive attitude towards embracing new and unfamiliar technologies as opportunities for expanding technical expertise.
- Strong problem-solving skills coupled with creative analytical abilities and fluent German language proficiency at a C1 level.
- High degree of self-motivation, precision, perseverance, and assertiveness.
Main Responsibilities
- Be the central technical contact for the German federal administration, managing 2nd and 3rd level support tasks for Fabasoft software across diverse and challenging system landscapes.
- Possess thorough knowledge of customer requirements both technically and from a business perspective, becoming a key resource within your team on complex issues.
- Collaborate with customers and project teams to develop technical solutions, oversee their implementation, and contribute to enhancing organizational processes.

Additional Details
