Job Overview
We are offering a permanent position as a Customer Experience Advisor located in Ras Al Khaimah. This role requires a professional with a background in contact center or customer service to engage with customers and enhance their experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries efficiently through calls, chats, and emails.
- Promote and cross-sell various banking products to meet defined sales objectives.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of banking products, procedures, and customer service protocols.
- Address and resolve customer complaints effectively to uphold satisfaction levels.
- Comply with security, fraud prevention, and compliance standards within all customer interactions.
- Document all customer engagements accurately while sustaining high service quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service or contact center operations is essential.
- Excellent communication capabilities and strong customer service orientation.
- Familiarity with banking products and processes.
