Banker's Lounge Academy, a well-established financial education provider with over 16 years of experience and more than 80,000 graduates predominantly employed in banking, is expanding into the digital assets sector. Originating from Cairo, Egypt, and known for reliable corporate training across multiple governorates, the institution is actively recruiting a Crypto Innovation Strategist.
Role Overview
The selected candidate will bring extensive expertise in shaping institutional approaches to cryptocurrency and digital assets. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of influencing strategic decisions on crypto adoption—whether leading fintech innovation, advising investment funds on emerging asset classes, or persuading banks to integrate digital assets. They must possess deep insights into upcoming industry trends, new product developments, modes of institutional integration, and evolving regulatory frameworks, and be adept at transforming these insights into actionable plans.
Job Responsibilities and Deliverables
The strategist is tasked with bridging strategic thinking and practical applications by creating educational content tailored for banking professionals and students. This includes clarifying the dynamics of the crypto landscape, anticipating future trajectories, and explaining their implications for financial institutions. Training materials will be based strictly on simulated environments such as demo or testnets, or anonymized case data, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of proprietary client information.
Work Conditions and Format
This is a remote, full-time engagement with a hybrid delivery method combining pre-recorded educational modules with live sessions scheduled to accommodate both Singapore and Cairo time zones. This initiative is a continuation of Banker's Lounge’s longstanding commitment to banking education rather than a start-up venturing into crypto.
