About Doonails
Doonails is a rapidly expanding beauty startup revolutionizing the manicure industry. With innovative products and a robust community presence through our online shop and major retail partners, we deliver salon-quality experiences directly to customers at home in a simple, fast, and stylish manner.
Role Overview
As our CRM Manager, you will take full ownership of our Klaviyo environment, managing communications from welcome emails to winback flows. Ensuring that every customer receives the right message at the right time is key, whether they subscribe or purchase individually.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and send Klaviyo campaigns across six markets (Germany/Austria, France, Netherlands, Italy, United States, Switzerland), including briefing, copywriting, segmentation, send-time optimization, and A/B testing.
- Own and continuously optimize core flows such as Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Browse Abandonment, and Winback, including localization.
- Develop and maintain retention and subscription flows to reduce subscription cancellations and actively re-engage customers, including Save, Winback, Reactivation flows and cancel-reason analysis.
- Implement sophisticated segmentation and targeting strategies based on lifecycle logic, subscription vs. one-time purchase status, sales reminders, and high lifetime value cohorts.
- Leverage AI-powered workflows and tools like Klaviyo Agentic MCP, Cowork, and generative templates to streamline copywriting and campaign setup.
- Manage operational execution of product launches, including teaser, launch, and reminder sequences for sales activities across all markets.
- Track campaign and flow performance, subscription metrics, and derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two years of experience in CRM or email marketing, ideally with Klaviyo or a comparable platform.
- Proven expertise in creating automation flows and understanding the interplay of segmentation and lifecycle marketing.
- Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to independently interpret campaign and flow reports and recommend next steps.
- Digital-first and proactive approach with a willingness to experiment with AI tools and innovate workflows.
- Excellent organizational skills managing communications across six markets and two customer segments (subscription and one-time purchase).
- Fluent in both German and English, spoken and written.
