Role Overview

The Creative Brewer is responsible for managing the entire brewing process from raw materials to finished product, developing novel recipes, running experimental batches, ensuring stringent quality control, and collaborating closely with packaging operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee both hot and cold sides of brewing production daily.
• Design and test original, high-quality beer recipes incorporating new ingredients.
• Conduct continuous monitoring of fermentation, yeast vitality, and taste profiles.
• Implement and uphold rigorous sanitation standards for all tanks, pipes, and equipment.
• Support packaging tasks including canning, bottling, and kegging procedures.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possess a minimum of 1 to 2 years of professional experience in brewing.
• Demonstrate creativity and enthusiasm for craft beer trends and flavor innovation.
• Exhibit physical endurance, with the capacity to lift 55 pounds repeatedly and remain on feet throughout the day.
• Maintain meticulous attention to safety protocols, cleanliness, and precise recipe adherence.
• Bonus: Experience in operating and maintaining fast-paced canning or bottling lines is highly advantageous.
