A leading multinational organization is hiring for this role through a recruitment partner with experience supporting junior, mid-level, and executive hiring for large enterprises.

Role Overview

The company is looking for a Coupa Consultant with strong hands-on experience across Coupa Source-to-Pay and Procure-to-Pay operations, production support, and configuration work. This position is intended for professionals who can handle support, troubleshooting, and coordination across business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support Coupa Source-to-Pay processes.
• Design and maintain approval chains, including changes to workflow logic.
• Work on Supplier Information Management activities.
• Provide AMS and production support for Coupa environments.
• Handle L2 and L3 support issues in live environments.
• Manage incidents and service requests through resolution.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders in both written and verbal formats.
• Support Coupa upgrades, including testing and UAT coordination.
• Use strong functional knowledge of Coupa AMS and the P2P module to resolve issues effectively.
• Understand Coupa ERP integration flows, monitor interfaces, and troubleshoot end-to-end process problems.

Candidates with any graduate degree or higher may apply.

Experience

Relevant experience of 4 to 15 years is required. The role also specifically mentions 5 to 7 years of Coupa AMS or production support experience.
