Counter Sales Executive

Job Summary

Ameya Engravers is seeking a motivated and approachable Counter Sales Executive to enhance the customer experience at our Hadapsar, Pune location. This role focuses on retail sales, customer engagement, and maintaining organized sales operations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Welcome customers who approach the sales counter and provide assistance.
• Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate product options.
• Deliver excellent customer service and address basic inquiries promptly.
• Manage billing processes, handle cash payments, and maintain accurate sales documentation.
• Ensure the sales counter remains tidy, orderly, and stocked adequately.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to support smooth daily functioning.
• Work towards meeting daily sales targets and fostering strong customer connections.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Education level: completion of 10th grade or lower.
• At least 6 months of practical experience in retail or counter sales activities.
• Basic proficiency in English communication.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to learn quickly and maintain a positive outlook.
• Age range from 18 to 60 years.
• Open to all genders.
