Position Overview

We have an opening for a Corporate Commercial Lawyer to work alongside Partners James Dow and Richard Hoare in our highly respected corporate and commercial division. This role offers the chance to provide legal advice to a diverse client base, including NZX-listed companies and innovative start-ups.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive legal guidance on a broad spectrum of commercial matters.
• Engage with clients to build trusted, long-term professional relationships.
• Collaborate with senior partners on complex corporate and commercial projects.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of three years post-qualification experience in corporate commercial law.
• Strong technical expertise and commitment to continuous learning.
• Interest in a wide variety of commercial legal work and delivering high-quality results.
• Experience with limited partnerships and Financial Markets Authority-related issues is advantageous but not mandatory.
