Overview

The Cooperative Training Program provides university students a valuable opportunity to acquire hands-on experience by immersing themselves in a professional work environment. Participants apply their academic learnings to practical scenarios by engaging in real organizational tasks. Trainees are placed in departments aligned with their academic focus and organizational requirements, where they actively assist in projects, daily operations, and other initiatives.

Primary Duties

• Assist with departmental projects and activities assigned during the training period.
• Handle routine operational and administrative functions to support workflow.
• Take part in meetings, workshops, and various educational opportunities to enhance knowledge.
• Gather data, conduct research, and perform analysis to inform decision-making.
• Develop reports, presentations, and other documentation related to assigned tasks.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and various stakeholders within the organization.
• Comply strictly with organizational policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a university student and qualified for cooperative training placement.
• A minimum GPA of 3.5 on a 5-point scale or 2.8 on a 4-point scale.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fundamental proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications.
• Strong enthusiasm for learning and contributing to a professional setting.
