Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Cook to join our team at Flybook International Tourism's Guest House in Bengaluru. The role involves preparing fresh, hygienic, and delicious meals for guests and staff while ensuring kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Cook a variety of meals including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks that meet quality and taste standards.
- Design daily menus and oversee kitchen inventory and supplies.
- Maintain the kitchen's cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
- Control food stock efficiently to minimize waste.
- Adhere to food safety and quality protocols strictly.
Requirements
- Experience working as a Chef or Cook is preferred.
- Familiarity with Indian cuisine and basic knowledge of multiple cuisines.
- Strong hygiene practices and effective time management skills.
- Capability to work independently with a responsible attitude.
Compensation
The monthly salary ranges between 12,000 and 18,000 INR.
