Role Overview
We are seeking a Contract Tech Lead with expertise in Java and Spring Boot to join our energetic team. This role requires passion for crafting innovative solutions, ensuring smooth customer experiences, and playing a key technical leadership role in delivering cutting-edge tech products to our clients. Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality, thoroughly tested, and reliable code that surpasses client expectations.
- Design and implement innovative solutions within a collaborative team environment.
- Engage actively with emerging technologies in DevOps, containerization, cloud, and AI.
- Work closely with clients to customize solutions tailored to their specific requirements.
- Deliver tasks on schedule without last-minute surprises.
- Approach challenges with resilience and support team success.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong command over Java and related frameworks including Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, JPA/Hibernate.
- Proven ability in creating scalable backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot; knowledge of microservices architecture is advantageous.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud offerings such as EC2, Lambda, RDS, API Gateway, EKS, Glue, Bedrock, and Q Developer; capability to implement cloud-native services. AWS certifications are a plus.
- Experience in Node.js and Python for automation, data processing, and integration, including use of libraries like Boto3 to interact with AWS.
- Solid understanding of DevOps principles and deployment of CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with container platforms, automated testing practices, and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication abilities and capacity to work effectively independently and within teams.
- Strong enthusiasm for technology, eagerness to learn continuously, and determination to see projects to completion.
