The Contract Manager will oversee the entire lifecycle of vessel contracts, managing from the initial on-hire phase through to off-hire pursuant to the terms of the applicable charter party agreements. This role serves as the main client liaison throughout any charter period.
The incumbent is responsible for reviewing the Scope of Work during enquiries and tenders, ensuring that the vessel and supporting organization meet operational requirements regarding capacity and capability. Additionally, the Contract Manager will notify the Commercial team of any vessel downtime or deviations impacting charter agreements, invoicing, or client relationships. Close collaboration with the Offshore Director and Commercial team is essential to maintain regular client visits and to ensure strong representation of the company within the Energy and Marine sectors.
