Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Content Writer who understands that impactful writing drives growth and not just aesthetics. This role involves creating clear, compelling copy that converts travelers by simplifying complex insurance products into concise, persuasive messages. Content you manage will influence every stage of the customer funnel across 35 international markets, supported by data-driven insights and rigorous experimentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-converting content for landing pages, CRM campaigns, advertisements, video scripts, SEO articles, case studies, and in-app messaging throughout the customer journey.
• Translate complex legal, financial, and technical product details into simple, decision-accelerating copy.
• Establish and manage a content experimentation process utilizing A/B testing, heatmaps, and analytics to determine effectiveness beyond subjective opinions.
• Collaborate closely with CRM and B2B teams to adapt and scale messaging for 35 markets, preserving brand voice and maximizing conversion.
• Implement AI tools as enhancers for idea generation, quality assurance, and trend awareness while maintaining creative craftsmanship.
• Participate actively in workshops and critique sessions, defending your strategies constructively and encouraging higher standards among collaborators.

Success Metrics in First Year

• Achieve at least a 20% improvement in conversion rates for both organic and paid channels through optimized content.
• Deliver a continuous output of high-impact content assets directly linked to lead generation and revenue growth.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive repository documenting all content experiments, outcomes, and lessons learned.
• Implement a sustainable framework for ongoing content performance enhancement with measurable monthly progress.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a content role, preferably within a fast-paced tech startup, scaleup, or dynamic product company.
• Proven track record of producing content projects from concept to measurable revenue impact, with tangible evidence.
• Adept at simplifying complicated product information (legal, financial, technical) into engaging, action-driving copy.
• Open to feedback and able to handle critiques positively; comfortable challenging briefs that lack clarity or substance.
• Demonstrates ownership mentality by proactively identifying and initiating content tests without waiting for direction.

Location and Compensation

This position is based onsite in Berlin, Germany. The salary range for Berlin is between 40,000 and 50,000 Euros annually.
