What you'll do

• Create, refine, and optimize a large volume of marketing content across multiple channels and formats.
• Use AI writing tools to draft and improve copy while keeping the output original, accurate, and polished.
• Edit both AI-generated and contributor-submitted material so it is consistent, factually sound, and aligned with each client’s tone.
• Handle several client projects at the same time, keeping track of priorities, deadlines, and current status.
• Develop and maintain prompt libraries, editorial standards, and brand voice references to speed up production.
• Proofread and fact-check content, and improve it for search visibility, readability, and audience engagement before release.
• Work closely with account managers, designers, marketers, and freelancers to deliver strong campaigns and refine production processes.
• Assess new AI tools and share recommendations that can improve efficiency and content quality.

What we're looking for

The ideal candidate has experience in editing, copywriting, or content production in a marketing or digital agency environment. You should be confident managing multiple client accounts in a deadline-heavy setting and be able to switch between different brand voices with ease. Strong grammar, proofreading, and rewriting skills are essential, along with practical experience using AI platforms in professional content work. You’ll also need to stay organized, collaborate well with others, and work independently in a fully remote setup.
