- Collaborate with Policy and Compliance teams to identify and address legislative discrepancies and opportunities.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A relevant degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field, or an apprenticeship combined with a minimum of 3 years of pertinent experience in engineering or compliance.
- Comprehensive knowledge of critical EU Directives applicable to EVSE and country-specific regulations across Europe, including wiring codes and labeling requirements.
- Experience with harmonized standards governing conformity assessments related to metering, safety, radio/EMC, along with CE and UKCA marking standards.
- Ability to integrate electrical, mechanical, and software engineering principles within EVSE systems, complemented by strong technical writing skills for clear documentation.
- Proficient in managing compliance projects, audits, and market entry initiatives, with familiarity in software tools such as MS Office and project management systems like Jira.
- Excellent communication capabilities for effective collaboration with both internal teams and external regulatory authorities.
- Willingness and capacity for frequent travel across the EMEA region as needed.
