About the Role
Electronic Arts (EA) seeks a Community Care Programme Manager to lead initiatives enhancing fan and community experiences. Based in Galway, this full-time, onsite position involves managing complex, cross-functional programs from conception to execution, ensuring EA is recognized for exceptional player and fan support. Reporting to the Director of Programmes & Planning, the role demands strategic planning, operational delivery, and continuous program assessment to maximize impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct development, design, and implementation of multifaceted programs improving fan engagement and community care.
- Evaluate current programs for value, scalability, and alignment with EA's priorities.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for program optimization and expansion.
- Construct business cases, define KPIs, and formulate measurement frameworks to assess success.
- Translate strategies into detailed roadmaps and operational plans.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration among operations, product, legal, human resources, and leadership teams.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and trade-offs proactively to minimize disruption.
- Ensure programs’ longevity through proper documentation, governance, and transition plans.
- Communicate updates, insights, and recommendations to senior stakeholders effectively.
- Continuously monitor and enhance program performance based on data and feedback.
Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates are strategic thinkers capable of aligning programs with business goals, analytical in leveraging data for decision-making, and independent in managing evolving environments. They are motivated, collaborative, sensitive to complex issues, and focused on measurable outcomes.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum of four years’ experience in managing programs or projects, particularly complex, multi-team initiatives.
- Proven ability to assess existing programs and implement strategic enhancements or scale-ups.
- Experience developing business cases and utilizing data for strategic recommendations.
- Track record in leading program redesigns, transformations, or scaling efforts.
- Strong business judgment to evaluate operational impacts, risks, and costs.
- Competency in defining and measuring KPIs to track program effectiveness.
- Ability to operate in fluid environments and create clarity and structure.
- Advanced stakeholder management and influence skills across organizational levels.
- Proficiency in communicating program proposals and progress, including to executive audiences.

The compensation in regions such as British Columbia ranges from CAD 92,900 to 129,200.
