About the Role
Join El Tacos' kitchen team at their branch in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, as a Commis in any of the three levels: Commis 1, Commis 2, or Commis 3. The position involves key responsibilities in assisting food preparation, ensuring kitchen hygiene, compliance with recipes and portion sizes, and supporting the culinary team throughout service hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare dishes following El Tacos' detailed recipes and quality standards.
- Assist with mise en place and manage daily kitchen activities efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and uphold hygiene protocols consistently in the kitchen environment.
- Adhere strictly to food safety practices, control portions accurately, and minimize wastage.
- Provide assistance to senior chefs during peak service times.
- Ensure proper storage and careful handling of all kitchen ingredients.
