We are seeking a seasoned and driven Collection Team Leader for our reputable debt collection firm based in Dubai. This role requires a highly motivated individual to lead and manage a team focused on debt recovery.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct a collection team to meet targets efficiently.
- Motivate and manage team members to ensure high performance.
- Employ strong negotiation and problem-solving techniques in daily operations.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years' experience in debt collection.
- Proven leadership skills in managing collection teams effectively.
