Collection Intern

Role Overview

The primary duty of this position is to support the consistent and prompt recovery of outstanding home loan payments. The incumbent will engage with borrowers, apply appropriate collection methods, and strive to meet recovery objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact overdue borrowers through telephone, email, and other communication methods to discuss and negotiate repayment options.
• Implement collection plans aimed at recovering delayed payments efficiently.
• Keep detailed and updated records of all borrower communications, payment plans, and associated documentation.
• Adhere strictly to regulations involving data privacy and protection in all interactions and record-keeping.
