Role overview
Scoutreach is a done-for-you B2B cold email agency that handles infrastructure, prospect lists, and campaign strategy for clients, with the goal of generating qualified sales calls. The company is hiring an experienced Campaign Manager to run daily execution and protect deliverability so client campaigns consistently reach booked-call targets each month.
This position is not suitable for an entry-level virtual assistant. The ideal candidate has already managed cold email programs at scale, with thousands of sends per day across multiple inboxes, either in an agency environment or for several clients. If your experience is limited to sending a few hundred emails from a single inbox, this role is not the right fit yet.
What you will handle
- Set up and launch campaigns in Instantly and/or Smartlead using the strategy and copy provided, including sequences, sending schedules, inbox allocation, and lead uploads.
- Track and maintain deliverability by watching bounce rates, inbox placement, warmup performance, and DNS, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC health. Rotate or pause inboxes before issues spread and keep campaigns landing in inboxes.
- Run the testing process by experimenting with angles, subject lines, and CTAs in the right order, using the required sample sizes and making kill, iterate, or scale decisions based on the numeric thresholds provided.
- Keep the client scorecard updated with weekly figures such as sends, reply rate, positive replies, interested prospects, and booked calls, along with a red, yellow, or green status and a brief explanation.
- Spot campaign issues early and escalate the right problems at the right time instead of leaving a failing campaign unattended.
What this role does not include
You will not be expected to write final copy from scratch, build lead lists, or manage inbound replies and booking. Those tasks are handled by other team members. Your focus will be execution and campaign performance.
Experience and fit
The right candidate brings at least 2 years of experience running cold email campaigns at agency scale. You should be comfortable working with Instantly and/or Smartlead, and it helps if you have also used tools such as Lemlist or Apollo.
You need a solid grasp of email deliverability, including why messages end up in spam and how to correct the problem. Strong comfort with campaign analytics and data-driven decision-making is essential, along with clear written English for reading replies and coordinating with the owner each day.
This is a full-time role, and you must be reliably available with a few hours of overlap each day for a weekly review and occasional syncs with the owner.
Nice-to-have experience
Additional value comes from hands-on work with domain and inbox setup, reseller tools such as Google Workspace, Maildoso, and Zapmail, as well as lead-data platforms and spam or placement testing tools like GlockApps, MailReach, and Instantly's placement test.
Compensation and growth
The role offers a competitive monthly base pay plus a monthly performance bonus linked to client outcomes such as calls booked and calls held. This is intended to be a long-term full-time position, with room to grow into a Delivery Lead role as the company scales beyond 10 clients.
