Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Client Service Manager to enhance our Client Management Team at the Dubai office. The ideal candidate must be commercially savvy and motivated by exceeding client expectations while ensuring safety remains paramount.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison coordinating communication between Aircraft Owners and internal teams including Operations, Finance, Airworthiness, and Charter Sales.
• Collaborate closely with Operations to ensure precise planning and execution of client flight itineraries and related requests timely.
• Coordinate with the Airworthiness department for planning and overseeing aircraft maintenance schedules, managing client expectations accordingly.
• Evaluate and address the feasibility of flight scheduling alongside clients and relevant teams.
• Welcome and assist passengers upon both departure and arrival.
• Work intimately with Cabin Crew to maintain accurate client profiles and uphold premier in-flight service standards.
• Oversee the delivery of detailed monthly reports to clients and finance departments, aiding in financial reconciliations and ensuring contractual compliance.
• Implement a proactive flight watch system with Operations to anticipate and mitigate potential disruptions.
• Deliver exemplary customer service to both internal teams and external clientele.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and suppliers to support the company’s growth and reputation.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in English and Arabic (both written and spoken) at a business level (B2 CEFR or equivalent).
• Between 4 to 5 years of experience within the private aviation sector, ideally within client and aircraft management, private jet charter, or operations roles.
• Solid understanding and hands-on knowledge of various aspects of aircraft management.
• Demonstrated account management skills, especially interacting with private aviation clients and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI) or Very Very Important Persons (VVIPs).
• Strong team player capable of functioning effectively in specialized environments.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Highly organized and adept at managing multiple concurrent priorities that may sometimes conflict.
