• Track key performance indicators and assess departmental achievements.
• Manage, mentor, and inspire department leaders to meet organizational goals.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and operational quality.
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures and integrate digital systems.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and legal standards.
• Collaborate closely with the company Founder to drive business expansion and strategy.

• Fluent proficiency in English is compulsory.
