About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Chat Support Executive to join our banking process team located in Goregaon, Mumbai. This role involves providing exceptional customer assistance via chat in a fast-paced banking support environment, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries through chat platforms.
• Uphold excellent standards of customer service and satisfaction.
• Adhere strictly to defined process guidelines, compliance norms, and quality benchmarks.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidate must have completed graduation.
• At least 6 months of experience in chat support or in the banking sector is required.
• Applicants must have a minimum CIBIL score of 680.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly take-home salary of ₹28,000.
• Provision of one-way cab service for employees.

Work Schedule and Additional Details

• Work schedule includes a 5-day work week with 2 weekly rotational offs.
• Shifts rotate 24x7, including night shifts.
