Change Manager - Fixed Term 12 Months

About The Role

As part of a strategic initiative to advance its digital technology transformation, Craigs Investment Partners is seeking an experienced Change Manager to join their Digital Business team on a fixed 12-month contract. This position is preferred to be based in Tauranga, with options also available in Auckland or Hamilton.

The core responsibility is to design and execute change management plans that drive successful adoption of business changes throughout the organization. Reporting directly to the Head of Business Change, the role supports delivery and facilitation of change initiatives as a vital member of the digital team.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that assigned projects and change programs align with CIP’s strategic goals, delivering on schedule and within budget.
• Create and implement tailored change management strategies consistent with the Craigs Business Change Management Framework.
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Project Managers, and senior stakeholders to accelerate adoption, increase engagement, and enhance proficiency in change initiatives impacting CIP.
• Lead and coordinate all aspects of change workstreams within projects to provide clear direction and control during transformation efforts.

Your Profile

• Proven expertise in crafting complex and interrelated change management plans, identifying impacts, developing interventions, monitoring progress, and reporting outcomes.
• Strong skills in resolving conflicts and negotiating effectively.
• Experience partnering with key change stakeholders such as People Development and Communications teams to clarify roles and responsibilities within change processes.
• Solid understanding of change management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships, influence stakeholders, and translate business requirements into project change outcomes.
• Strategic and innovative thinker with business acumen, commercial insight, and risk sensitivity.
• Excellent communication capabilities to engage all business levels, facilitate meetings, and deliver presentations confidently.
