Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Cabin Crew Trainer to become part of our specialized training team. This crucial role involves delivering high-quality training sessions focusing on Safety & Emergency Procedures, outstanding Service and Hospitality techniques, as well as Aviation Medical skills. You will play a pivotal role in molding our cabin crew members via effective coaching and mentoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and conduct engaging and comprehensive training programs for cabin crew across emergency safety, hospitality service, and medical competency areas.
- Support and develop crew members by providing coaching, mentorship, and inspiration aligned with Riyadh Air's FRESH values.
- Create and maintain an inclusive, safe, and enjoyable learning environment to maximize trainee engagement and effectiveness.
- Ensure all training content and delivery meets the standards and compliance requirements set by the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA).
- Utilize strong interpersonal, communication, and technological skills to enhance training experiences and outcomes.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 3 years’ progressively responsible experience as a cabin crew trainer.
- Currently hold or have previously held a position as cabin crew, with hands-on experience training colleagues either on a part-time or full-time basis.
- A passionate individual who thrives on helping others succeed and embraces the aviation environment.
