Overview
We seek individuals with an illuminating personality, adaptability, and genuine care, ideal for serving as the face of Emirates Airline. In this vital role, you will assist and guide customers during their flight experience, combining friendliness with attentiveness to provide exceptional support.
This position encompasses more than customer service; safety is paramount. You will uphold aircraft service, security, and safety standards with confident leadership, supported by world-class training at our Dubai headquarters.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of one year experience in hospitality or customer service roles
- High school diploma (Grade 12 completion) as minimum educational attainment
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
- Minimum height of 160 cm; must be able to reach up to 212 cm standing on tiptoes to access emergency equipment
- Visible tattoos are not permitted while in uniform unless completely covered by bandages or cosmetics
- Meets UAE employment visa rules as the position is Dubai-based
- Positive attitude with a team-focused mindset, able to serve a diverse, multicultural clientele

Compensation and Benefits
- Fixed basic salary of AED 4,980 per month
- Hourly flight pay at AED 69.60, averaging 80 to 100 flight hours monthly
- On average, a total monthly pay of around AED 11,244 (approximately USD 3,100, EUR 2,600, GBP 2,280) for Grade II (Economy Class)
