Role Overview

We are seeking a confident and highly motivated Business Development Manager based in Mallow/Cork, Ireland to drive growth in our markets. The role involves active fieldwork, managing accounts, and generating new business across your territory Monday to Friday. You will independently manage your schedule to meet daily KPIs and monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct new business and account management meetings within your territory during weekdays.
• Plan and independently manage daily activities to maximize efficiency.
• Work towards meeting daily key performance indicators and monthly revenue goals.
• Optimize sales and profitability through upselling and providing continuous support to existing customers.
• Collaborate with the telesales team who assists in booking meetings, but proactively generate your own leads and appointments.

Requirements

• A valid full driving license is mandatory.
• Prior customer-facing sales experience is preferred.
• Self-driven individuals with a strong motivation to achieve and exceed bonus targets.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a persistent approach to accomplishing tasks.
• High energy and enthusiasm, with a positive and engaging personality.
