About the Role
Trading Bee Financial Advisory Services is seeking a full-time Business Development Executive to operate from our office located in Sector 7, HSR Layout, Bengaluru. This position welcomes both fresh graduates and professionals with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce and explain our financial advisory offerings.
- Convert prospective leads into confirmed customers by promoting our services effectively.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets consistently.
- Maintain accurate records and manage client data using CRM software tools.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Demonstrate strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Maintain a focused, target-oriented approach to sales activities.
- Basic familiarity with financial markets is advantageous.
- Experience or knowledge in CRM platforms is preferred but not mandatory.
Compensation and Additional Information
The monthly salary for this role ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹20,000, supplemented by performance-based incentives. This is a full-time office-based position in Bengaluru.
