Role Overview
The Business Development Executive is tasked with effectively presenting and selling Finch Studio's array of creative service offerings to a broad spectrum of potential clients. This role is pivotal in expanding the company's clientele by sourcing leads, fostering client relationships, and recommending customized marketing and media solutions.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective clients through calls, networking, emails, and attending industry events.
- Assess the needs of clients and propose tailored service packages that align with their requirements.
- Draft comprehensive proposals and pricing quotations.
- Close sales deals and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Manage and maintain an active and healthy sales pipeline using CRM systems.
- Coordinate with creative and project teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends in digital marketing and stay informed about competitor offerings.
- Report on sales activities, client feedback, and provide accurate sales forecasting.
Qualifications and Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience in sales within media, creative, or digital agency sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of services such as video production, photography, social media, and digital marketing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience with CRM software is favorable.
- Possession of a valid Qatar Driving License is preferred.
- Holding a valid Qatar Residency Permit (QID) is advantageous.
- Candidates residing currently in Doha are strongly preferred.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an asset.
- Self-motivated, proactive individual with strong organizational capabilities.
