Business Development Executive

About the Role

HR Globe Recruitment Service is seeking a Business Development Executive to join their team for an IT robotic data collection company. The candidate will primarily focus on generating a strong business pipeline by securing new clients in various multi-worker and multi-shift industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve a daily target of converting at least 8 new businesses for commercial video data collection services.
• Focus on environments such as factories, manufacturing units, workshops, service centers, commercial kitchens, warehouses, printing and packaging units, and facility management operations.
• Complete business conversion forms accurately and submit them the same day for every successful conversion.
• Ensure that each converted business is verified, reachable, and scheduled for recording sessions.
• Maintain a minimum weekly conversion threshold of 50 businesses.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in any field sales role.
• Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
